Agencja20

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026.

1. Who we are

This policy covers the website agencja20.pl and the Middle East News Shorts application (the "App"), both operated by Agencja20, ul. Zwycięstwa 2, 00-950 Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: tiktok@agencja20.pl.

2. What the App does

The App is an internal tool that prepares short news videos and publishes them to TikTok accounts owned and operated by Agencja20, using TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. It is not offered to the public and does not collect data from viewers of our videos. Videos use AI-generated scripts and synthetic voice-over, are labelled as AI-generated content on TikTok, and are reviewed by a human editor before publication.

3. Data we process

We do not collect, store or process personal data of other TikTok users, viewers or commenters. This website has no sign-up form or user accounts.

4. Why we process it and on what basis

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

5. Storage and security

Authorization tokens are stored on a private server under our control, in files with restricted access, and are never published. Access is limited to authorized personnel of Agencja20.

6. Retention

Tokens are kept only while the integration is in use. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. Web server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.

7. Recipients

Data is processed by our hosting and email provider and, for publishing, by TikTok. TikTok's own Privacy Policy applies to data processed by TikTok. Our scripts are drafted with an AI service, to which we send only public news text, never personal data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can revoke the App's access at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security & permissions, Apps and services. Write to tiktok@agencja20.pl to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or another EU supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not load third-party fonts, trackers or analytics.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
