Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website agencja20.pl and the Middle East News Shorts application (the "App"), operated by Agencja20 ("we", "us"). Last updated: 10 October 2026.

1. Purpose

The App is an internal tool used by Agencja20 to prepare and publish short news videos to TikTok accounts that we own. It is not a public service and has no end users other than Agencja20. The website provides information about our news agency.

2. Use of TikTok

The App integrates with TikTok through Login Kit and Content Posting API. Use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms and the TikTok Community Guidelines. We comply with them.

3. Content

Videos published through the App summarize publicly available news. We aim to present information accurately and neutrally, to avoid graphic violence and misinformation, and to credit our sources. We respect third-party intellectual property rights and do not publish material we are not licensed to use.

4. AI-generated content

Videos published through the App use AI-generated content, including AI-written scripts and AI-generated synthetic voice-over. We clearly disclose this by enabling TikTok's "AI-generated content" label on every video that contains AI-generated or AI-altered elements, in line with TikTok's policies. Every video is reviewed by a human editor before it is published.

5. Corrections

If you believe a video contains an error, write to tiktok@agencja20.pl. We will review the report and correct or remove the video where appropriate.

6. No warranty

The website and the App are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. News summaries are informational and do not constitute professional advice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agencja20 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the App, or from content published through it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
